After three incredible years of hosting Hot Sculpt classes at Embrace North, this will be my final class before I move (very bittersweet!!). To celebrate, we’ll have post class juice shots from Honour Coffee, snacks and refreshments from Crisp & Green, and a few extra goodies.
This fun full-body sculpt class blends yoga inspired warm-up flows, rhythmic bodyweight movements, and resistance band work for an energizing workout that builds strength, endurance, and stability. We’ll finish with a deep stretch to support recovery.
After class, stick around to recharge with an hour of sauna and cold plunge, the perfect way to wind down and reset.
Yoga mats, resistance bands, and hydration packets provided.
Please bring a towel, water, and comfortable clothes to change into after the sauna and cold plunge.
